Monica Brown is a minor character in Terrifier. She is a famous talk-show host.

Monica Brown was a controversial talk show host who interviewed the young Victoria Heyes, the only survivor of the Miles County Massacre, which left her looking severely disfigured. During the no interview, Monica brought up the fact that Art the Clown, the killer, could have survived, as his body disappeared from the morgue, but Victoria insists that he had died, stating that she had seen it happen.
After interviewing Victoria (Vicky), while in her dressing room after the show had concluded, Monica makes a call to her husband, and speaks about her guest in a rude manner. Victoria, having eavesdropped on their conversation, appears behind Monica, attacking her and gouging her eyes out, with one eyeball staying attached to her face and therefore giving her the same treatment she had been through. Monica is quickly rushed to the hospital, and ends up surviving the attack. However, Victoria is admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
She was also seen in the movie All Hallows Eve, playing as Sarah the Babysitter, before becoming a talk show host. It is unclear with what has happened to her during All Hallows Eve.
